Overview
Peyton Cole was raised in Park River, North Dakota. She graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in December of 2019. In May of 2023, she graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN.
While at the University St. Thomas, Peyton was involved in the Trademark Clinic, the Women’s Law Student Association, First-Generation Law Student Association, and the Business Law Association. Throughout her undergraduate degree and prior to attending law school, Peyton worked at the Red River Regional Council in Grafton, ND which sparked an interest in economic development and helping small business owners. Peyton began as a Law Clerk with Einarson Law Office in May of 2022, and became a licensed attorney in April of 2024.
Peyton is an active member of her community involved in a variety of volunteer boards and serves as a city councilwoman. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, gardening, cooking, and photography.
