Overview

Samantha Onstad joined Einarson Law Office in 2022 and focuses her practice in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning, and Collections Matters. She has also handled general and civil litigation matters for our clients.

Samantha graduated magna cum laude from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, NE.

While in law school, Samantha was invited to join Alpha Sigma Nu, a Jesuit Honor Society where membership is prized as one of the most notable distinctions which can be worn by a student in a Jesuit Institution of higher learning. During her time at Creighton, she served as President of Creighton's Moot Court Board, a Law School Mentor to incoming law students, and a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society. Throughout her time at Creighton, Samantha was also awarded the Dean's Academic Scholarship and 10 CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, which are given to the highest scoring students in each law school class.

Samantha is currently residing in Grafton with her husband Daniel, and three fur babies. In her spare time she enjoys playing guitar and piano, watching movies, and in the summer going to the lake.
