Hired Law firm 2023I needed an attorney for my felony charge. David Dusek was the attorney. He worked very hard on my case. I knew it was a difficult charge and he handled everything well. He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. He took extra time because he had important information from the police reports and dash cam videos to review. I was happy with the end results. It was worth the money spent for his experience and knowledge.

Hired Law firm 2022Dusek Law is as shiesty as they come.. We paid him $3k to represent a family member on a revocation of probation. He never contacted his client. He refused to work with anyone in the family. His billing is even worse for 2 appearances in court charged over $800. HIs client called from prison & Dusek hung up on him. He tried to call back and Dusek had his ex wife say he was suddenly in a zoom meeting.. due to Dusek telling he would be Paroled out he would do a few months When he arrived to NDSP he was shocked to find he was given 5 yrs. Do not hire this shiester
