Keaton D. Zaback - Minot, ND

Keaton D. Zaback joined the firm in August 2023. As a native of Minot, Mr. Zaback is deeply rooted in the community and takes pride in providing personalized representation to individuals and businesses throughout the region.

Mr. Zaback completed his secondary education at Bishop Ryan Catholic School in 2016, after which he pursued higher education at the University of North Dakota, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2020. He went on to graduate magna cum laude from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2023. While studying law, Mr. Zaback gained valuable experience by interning at a private law firm and with in-house counsel at a nonprofit organization. Mr. Zaback was also a member of Phi Delta Phi, an academic honor society fraternity for law students.

After completing his law degree, Mr. Zaback was inducted into the Order of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society for law school graduates who rank in the top 10% of their class.

Today, Mr. Zaback focuses his legal practice on estate and probate, business law, and minerals and real property law. Mr. Zaback is admitted to practice law before the North Dakota Supreme Court.
