Thomas J. Burckhard - Minot, ND

Tom Burckhard is originally from Minot and has opened up Burckhard Law there to serve his community. He attended Minot State University and Graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's in English, with a minor in Philosophy. Thomas is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law class of 2016. While attending school, Thomas excelled in advocacy, representing the University in external Moot Court. Beginning his career as Ward County Assistant State's Attorney, Thomas has first-hand experience in the criminal justice system. Further, years in private practice with other North Dakota firms has given him ample opportunity to hone skills in Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Estate Planning. In his spare time, he is a proud uncle and fitness enthusiast. He resides and practices in Bismarck, North Dakota.
