Overview

Josh joined Ohnstad Twichell as an associate in August 2025. He grew up in Minot, North Dakota, and earned his Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law. During law school, Josh worked at the Center for Innovation, where he assisted student-run ventures in forming and launching their business entities.

After law school, Josh moved to Tampa, Florida, where he practiced civil litigation with a focus on workers’ compensation insurance defense. Through his work in insurance defense, he developed strong communication and critical thinking skills that he now applies to deliver practical and effective solutions in his corporate law practice.
