Overview
Attorney Simon joined the law firm Amer Cunningham Co., L.P.A. as a partner in 2021, having previously spent 17-years practicing in the real estate and business groups of a large regional law firm. From 2003 – 2006, Attorney Simon served as the Director of Administration for the Summit County Engineer, responsible for budgeting, finance, audit, and technology functions of the office.
Attorney Simon currently chairs the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority Board (having been appointed to his first seven-year term by Governor John Kasich and his second, seven-year term by Governor Mike DeWine), in addition to serving as the Vice Chairman and Finance Committee Chairman of the Bennington College Board of Trustees, where he has served for the past 28 years as a Trustee. Attorney Simon was elected to five terms as Member of the Ohio Republican State Central and Executive Committee. He serves as a trusted advisor to elected and appointed officials and candidates for office within local, state and federal government.
