Hired Law firm 2022-2023Most helpful. Easy to work with. Dependable. Show interest in the client's welfare. Would strongly recommend anyone who needs their services to trust them. The attorneys and their staffs were very helpful and professional. We are especially grateful to Attorney Robert Jeffries, Esq.

Hired Law firm 2022-2023We have had a lot of issues with our 2018 Ford Escape Es Turbo 1.5 We bought this new back in 2018. We had all kinds of issues. Transmission to sensors and 2 short blocks. And jumping time, with 50,000 miles. Been in the repair shop some months more then most. We were felling helpless. We got a letter from the low office KAHN & Associates. We called and they took our information and we faxed over all the repairs that has been done. They said they would work for us & they did. About 90 days or less we had a Check from FORD Motor Co. So if your out there having issues please trust them. They will work for you. and the staff is 5 stars all the way. They care about you & when you call they are nice to talk to. They take care of you. We are glad we gave them the chance.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
