Overview
Fred began his professional career with KWGD in March of 1967 as the firmโs sixth attorney. Although his practice began in the litigation area, he quickly became focused primarily in the areas of business, contract and corporate law, estate planning/trusts, health care law and mergers and acquisitions. He frequently speaks to professional and civic groups on multiple subjects arising out of his primary areas of expertise.

Served as general counsel and a member of the Board of Directors for clients in commercial and residential construction, manufacturing and distribution, health care (including physicians and independent living, assisted living, and nursing facilities), an institution of higher education.
