A. Luca Paternostro - Cincinnati, OH

A. Luca Paternostro is a West Virginia native who joined Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima after beginning his legal career practicing in West Virginia.

Luca earned his undergraduate degree from Xavier University before receiving his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law. During his final year of law school, he worked in the Veterans Law Clinic, representing disabled veterans in disability claims and litigation matters. He also served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and Vice President of the West Virginia Association for Justice Student Chapter, reflecting his commitment to advocacy and access to justice.

During his early practice, Luca gained hands-on experience representing clients in personal injury matters and serving as court-appointed counsel, developing a disciplined approach to case preparation and a client-first style of advocacy.

At Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima, Luca represents clients in personal injury matters and advocates on their behalf to demand accountability and pursue the full value of claims when wrongdoers and insurance companies attempt to minimize responsibility or harm.

Outside the office, Luca enjoys following Xavier basketball, spending time with friends and family, and remaining loyal to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
