He and his client received a favorable decision from a Family Law Court in a matter involving tracing pre-marital money through two homes.His client was able to retain that pre-marital money in the current marital residence which she was also granted exclusive use of.

Chuck obtained a successful decision from the Court of Appeals defending a client in a trip and fall personal injury matter.

He also received a dismissal for the same client on statute of limitations grounds in another case.
