Attorney Information

Overview

Christina has been an attorney, licensed in the State of Ohio, since 2010 after graduating summa cum laude from University of Cincinnati in 2006 and magna cum laude from Northern Kentucky University Chase, College of Law in 2009.

Christina’s tenacious representation of clients began at a nonprofit child advocacy agency representing children navigating the legal system due to parental abuse and neglect. She learned early in her career to be a calm, clear, and understanding advisor for her clients facing difficult and stressful situations, making sure that each client understands the next steps in the legal process. Christina works hard to help clients find solutions outside of the courtroom through negotiation and mediation but is an experienced litigator when that is the next step a client’s matter requires.

Christina represents clients in all areas of family law including divorce, dissolution, child custody, domestic violence civil protection orders, post decree matters, spousal support, child support, juvenile matters, and adoption.

Christina is also an experienced criminal defense attorney and represents clients in felony, misdemeanor, and traffic-related matters. Christina worked as an assistant prosecutor prior to entering private practice and brings her courtroom experience to carefully evaluate a client’s case and prepare the best possible defense.

Christina primarily focuses her practice in Hamilton, Clermont, Warren, Brown, and Adams Counties.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
