Josh is an Ohio attorney with Lindhorst & Dreidame Co., LPA, where his practice focuses on general business law, real estate, and estate planning and probate. Before joining Lindhorst & Dreidame in 2026, Josh practiced at Millikin & Fitton Law Firm from 2018 to 2026. Over the course of his practice, he developed experience addressing legal matters that arise throughout the life cycle of a business, a real estate investment, and a family’s estate plan. He values building lasting relationships with clients and serving as a trusted resource as their businesses, families, assets, and goals evolve.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hanover College in Indiana in 2012. He later attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he earned his law degree in 2018 with a concentration in corporate law. His education and professional experience provide a strong foundation for a practice that brings together transactional, property, and personal planning matters.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Tatyana, and their three children, Athena, Atticus, and Archer. A devoted husband and father, he appreciates time outdoors and the opportunity to make lasting memories with his family. He is also an avid outdoorsman and an enthusiastic supporter of Cincinnati sports teams.
