K. Elizabeth Connor Mollett - Cincinnati, OH

Katelyn Mollett is an Associate Attorney with Shark Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on Ohio criminal defense and OVI matters. A Northern Kentucky native, Katelyn has dedicated her entire legal career to practicing in Ohio and brings more than 11 years of courtroom experience to her clients. Throughout her career, she has handled hundreds of criminal-related cases.

Katelyn earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2012 and her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2015. She began her legal career with the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office, where she served from 2015 through December 2022. During her time there, she gained extensive courtroom and trial experience across the Child Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency Division; Juvenile Division; Municipal Division; and Common Pleas/Felony Division.

From 2023 through 2026, Katelyn continued her career with the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, where she again worked across the Child Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency Division; Juvenile Division; Municipal Division; and Common Pleas/Felony Division. This broad experience allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of Ohio’s criminal justice system and the many challenges individuals and families can face when navigating the courts.

After spending her entire legal career working within Ohio’s criminal justice system, Katelyn brings a unique perspective to her defense practice. Her experience on the prosecution side provides her with valuable insight into how criminal cases are evaluated and handled in Ohio courts. She now uses that experience to advocate for individuals facing criminal charges and OVI-related allegations, with a focus on providing knowledgeable, strategic, and dedicated representation.

Katelyn is admitted to practice law in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and Clermont County Bar Association.
