Overview

Kevin McDonough’s practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death cases, business disputes and municipal law.

Kevin has served with the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington, DC, as a police officer for the City of Cincinnati, and as a police officer and firefighter for Amberley Village, Ohio. He practices extensively before all divisions of Ohio trial and appellate courts. In addition to his private practice, he also serves as an elected part-time Judge on the Butler County Area II Court.

Representative Matters

Wrongful Death and Personal Injury Matters:

  • Successfully represented spouse and family of person killed in an automobile crash caused by an on duty police officer. Prevailed despite the defense of governmental immunity.
  • Successfully represented person permanently injured while working on a road crew who was seriously injured when hit by a tractor trailer operated by an employee of a national trucking company. Prevailed despite the claims that the truck driver suffered a medical emergency which led to the collision.
