Cincinnati Personal Injury Litigation Law Firm
Overview
Prior to focusing on the representation of individuals who have been injured, I worked for several different insurance companies defending these same types of cases. In nearly ten (10) years of working for insurance companies, I was able to gain valuable information and insight into how insurance companies evaluate and handle claims. I know the insurance companies are in business to make money and their objective is to pay injured parties as little as possible to make this happen. I am able to use the knowledge and experience I gained while working for insurance companies to obtain the best possible results for my Clients.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University and then obtained a Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
I am admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
I am a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Butler County Bar Association, and Cincinnati Bar Association.
I am the only attorney in my office and I will handle your case in its entirety. I pride myself on the personal attention I give my Clients and work with each of my Clients to obtain the best result possible on each individual case.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
