Overview

Nick Zuccarelli focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, business and transactional law, and estate planning. His litigation experience includes contract disputes, construction claims, property damage, probate and trust litigation, harassment, fraud, and much more. Nick has achieved favorable outcomes for a variety of individual and business clients, and always operates with the goal of protecting his clients’ interests while minimizing the costs and stress of litigation.

Nick is also an experienced transactional attorney, having negotiated a wide array of agreements, from residential sales and leases to international service and licensing agreements to multimillion-dollar asset purchase agreements. He advises his small- and medium-sized business clients on mergers, sales, acquisitions, organization, and growth.

Nick also provides estate planning solutions, and has experience drafting and administering wills, powers of attorney, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and more. Nick uses his experience in the courtroom to identify potential issues and assist his clients in making an airtight estate plan.

Nick graduated first in his class from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he served as a Student Bar Association representative. Nick returns to his alma mater annually to judge oral arguments for the first-year law students.
