Overview

Paul represents commercial clients ranging from small, local businesses to national companies whose services are provided throughout North America and abroad. Paul’s clients represent a diverse range of industry areas including commercial and residential construction, commercial leasing, real estate development, financing, banking, retail, technology, oil and gas. Given the size and type of his clients, and the industry’s they represent, Paul has significant experience negotiating and closing asset purchases, company buy-outs, and commercial and residential property purchases. Paul regularly advises his clients on, and helps prepare and negotiate, supply agreements, service agreements, construction agreements, leases, settlement and release agreements and agreements concerning various property issues including easements, licenses, encroachments and zoning.

In addition to the business law services Paul provides, he also counsels and advises individual clients and business owners as to estate planning issues. Paul has experience preparing wills, health care directives, powers of attorney and trust agreements, and has worked with numerous clients to help them navigate the probate court process when necessary.
