Overview
Rick has always had a profound interest in problem-solving. With a strong background in numbers and business, plus an urge to make a difference in people's lives, Rick became interested in the law at an early age. Rick understands that the solution is in the details and so his natural instinct to dig deep has led to success through the years.
Over his career in the law, Rick has advised and successfully litigated matters for a broad spectrum of individuals and businesses, from the largest financial institutions to economically-distressed individuals facing eviction, foreclosure, adverse credit reporting or other creditor action.
Rick has also defended and prosecuted class actions, represented businesses and individuals in bankruptcy proceedings and championed the rights of numerous individuals on a pro bono basis through Volunteer Lawyers for the Poor.
An avid golfer, Rick is a past president of Wyoming Golf Club and raised his family in the Wyoming, Ohio, area. Together with his wife, Lisa, Rick has seven adult children and 15 grandchildren. Rick enjoys meeting new people and helping them resolve their legal problems.
