Courtney Bow - Cleveland, OH

Courtney Bow’s experience includes employment litigation, civil litigation, personal-injury litigation, and civil-rights investigations. She has litigated in state and federal court and conducted corporate internal investigations.

Courtney’s heart has always been with serving the community in which she lives.

Before she moved to Cleveland, Courtney worked closely with refugees to assist with their resettlement in the Buffalo, New York area. She also was the president of her law school’s Public Interest Law program, an organization that allowed law students to dedicate their time and skills to providing legal assistance to those in the Buffalo community.

After graduating from the University at Buffalo’s School of Law with honors,

Courtney moved to Cleveland in 2021 and joined a mid-sized, defense-side law firm. During her service there, Courtney handled employment-discrimination investigations and litigation, as well as fair-housing investigations.

Since being admitted to practice, she has fostered a relationship with the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and has regularly handled cases on their behalf during her career.

She is admitted to practice in Ohio, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Courtney and her husband live in Cleveland.
