Prior to becoming an associate, Jim was a paralegal at Cavitch and previously at Smith & Condeni LLP, where he was responsible for drafting a wide range of documents including Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Jim has extensive experience managing complex probate and trust administrations from start to finish, including preparing and filing Federal Estate and Gift Tax Returns. His skills also include direct communication with clients and courts, filing documents across Ohio, Florida, and Pennsylvania, and preparing business organization documents for entities nationwide.

A graduate of Cleveland State University College of Law, he also holds an ABA-approved Post-Degree Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College and a B.A. in Communication from Cleveland State University, where he graduated cum laude.
