Mark A. Trubiano, a Shareholder, joined the firm in 1988 after his admission to the Ohio bar.
Mark focuses primarily on helping clients with estate planning, trusts and estates and business succession planning. He has implemented many sophisticated estate plans involving individuals at all ranges of personal net worth.
His practice includes preparing and serving as trustee of charitable lead and remainder trusts, private foundations, complex multi-generation trusts and marital deduction and "by-pass" trusts.
He has frequently served as expert witness in trust and estate matters, including conflicts of interest among multiple clients, legal malpractice in estate planning, trustee distribution issues, and trustee investment diversification.
Mark is a frequent speaker on estate planning topics sponsored by various professional organizations and financial institutions and has been a co-editor of Ohio Transaction Guide, published by Matthew Bender & Co. since 1996. Mark belongs to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is also a member of the honorary society, Beta Alpha Psi.
Mark received his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 1988. He graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1985.
