Maxwell A. Trubiano is a valued member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Business Practice groups. An experienced advisor, Max provides strategic counsel to individuals, families, and businesses on estate planning, succession planning, estate and trust administration, and general business matters.

Max earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State College of Law. During his time in law school, he gained valuable insight into the local judicial system by externing with the Cuyahoga County Probate Court. He holds a degree in Accountancy with a focus in Business Legal Studies from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.

Beyond his legal practice, Max is deeply committed to the Cleveland philanthropic community. He serves as a board member of the By The Hand Foundation in Rocky River, Ohio. This unique organization acts as a conduit for anonymous giving, allowing donors to support their favorite causes privately. Additionally, Max is a member of the Gift Planning Committee for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, where he supports the institution’s long-term mission and legacy through strategic charitable giving.

A native Clevelander, Max resides in Cleveland Heights with his wife. He remains an active enthusiast of the city’s vibrant culture, frequently exploring the local food, art, and entertainment scenes. On game days, he can be found cheering on the Browns, Cavs, and Guardians.
