Overview
Michael P. Cassidy has a wide breadth of legal experiences. He is a former practicing CPA and has a wealth of experience in municipal law and has represented national corporate clients in zoning cases. He served for 16 years as general counsel to a three hundred-bed hospital.
Michael has successfully represented clients before trial courts in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, and Minnesota. He was responsible for the resolution of hundreds of Asbestos cases at a time in jurisdictions in seven states. Michael has conducted major trials to verdict. He also served as a class action expert, certified state wide class and served on the Trial Committee in national class action.
