While Mike Gabrail’s primary professional focus is Crossroads Group, a real estate investment and management firm based in Richfield, Ohio, his legal activities center around transactional law, with an emphasis on real estate, the pharmaceutical industry, and property rights in Ohio.

Crossroads Group owns and operates residential and commercial properties throughout the Midwest, as well as international holdings including vacation rental villas, giving Mike a unique position to advise on business decisions involving legal risk.

Mike also serves on the board of the 1851 Center for Constitutional Law, an organization that advocates for and litigates on behalf of Ohioans whose property rights are unlawfully violated by government entities.
