  • Federal, Bankruptcy and state court litigation involving contracts, real estate, product liability, manufacturing, distribution and environmental matters;
  • Practice before the International Trade Commission and the U.S. Court of International Trade; and
  • Representing U.S. and foreign companies in proceedings before tribunals in England, Australia, and Italy.
