Susan Evans focuses her practice on the needs of the elderly, the disabled and their families. The rest of her practice is focused on estate planning, elder care planning, guardianships, and the administration and taxation of decedents' estates and trusts.

Susan is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. She is a current member and past chair of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's Certified Grievance Committee. She is also a member of the Probate, Trust and Estate planning sections of the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Cleveland Estate Planning Council.
