Would give Levy & Associates LLC 0 stars if I could. Beware this organization (and Citi Bank who uses them for collections) at all costs! This organization is why collections/collectors get such a bad reputation. They are extremely unorganized and difficult to work with, not responsive and their processes are designed to be intentionally difficult and impractical for their customers/clients. In 2022, they are still relying on snail mail for avoid garnishment payments. I mailed in my avoid garnishment payment to them back in March 2022 as demanded (they would not accept an electronic payment) only for them to tell me that my mail was 'lost' only to be miraculously 'found' days after I had to cancel my check and THEN they suddenly were able to take an electronic payment... how convenient.. I moved to a new address over a year ago and got a new phone number which I shared with one of their Associates several times, only for them to continue to send mail to my old address and call my old phone number. I also asked that they set up an automatic recurring payment every month in an attempt to adhere to my payment plan, which they also did not do causing me to miss a few payments. I believe that all of this has been a deliberate attempt by them to garnish my wages &/or pay my balance in full which is impossible for me right now as single income family. Mind you all of this has been happening during a pandemic and now a recession. These people have no consideration for anyone else and they have made that abundantly clear. I tried reaching their office today about the latest avoid garnishment letter they sent to my old address on 12/23/22 and literally no one was there; not surprised considering it's the week between Christmas and New Year's. Just another example of how slimy these people are. Should be called Scrooge Law & Associates.

Levy & Associates does a very poor job of responding to both phone calls and to email requests for a consultation.
