In my particular case I was wrongly accused and I was battered, belittled, and berated. Miss Robinson came to me and said we had a case of freedom of the speech. She then sold me out for her career, did a complete 180° turn. She would go in for conference with the judge which I should have been invited in also in fact I should have been there at all times to listen to all discussions and put in my as we say two centsworth. I was denied these rights by my own attorney. Turns out that she is truly an officer of the court by manipulating The facts that actually when things are boiled down the facts don't matter this is what the court wants to do and so in order to keep her job she had to do what the court wanted and that is to deny me every right that I should have been granted. I certainly hope someday somebody will sue her and get her out of the legal field completely and forever because she should not be there to begin with. So I say to everyone out there beware of this attorney for she does not represent you she represents the lying godvernment. I'm telling you I just can't say enough about how trashy this person is, how an American and she does not know the Constitution nor does she care about the rule of law. To her the rule of law is stuffing her purse with your money and selling you out. Stay away from this b****.

Is not in your best interest. she had no concern about the facts and seemed to be too tired during her pregnancy, I don't feel she was on my side, she made deals then changed them after having me sign off on them and allowed for a miscarriage of justice to take place. I am very disappointed. i may not have taken my case serious as i should have but i believed with all my heart that justice and truth prevails. I just feel she lacks the ability to fight for you, i am not confident she is in your corner.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
