Ben Churchill - Columbus, OH

Ben has been a member of Malek & Malek Law Firm since 2007. He clerked here as a student at Capital University Law School in Columbus and was hired on as an associate attorney upon being admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2008. Ben focuses his practice on workers' compensation injuries matters.

Ben grew up in a rural community north of Columbus, Ohio. He was raised by his mom, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and Human Resources Manager of an endocrological practice in Columbus and his dad, a veteran of the U.S. Army who has served as a Franklin County Public Defender for more than thirty years. Ben's older sister works in the nursing industry in Tampa Bay and his younger sister is a guardian ad litem in Chicago. Ben graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in English in 2003, cum laude. Upon graduation from Capital University Law School in 2008, Ben began his career representing the injured and their families.

In his personal life, Ben enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his three boys, and supporting Ohio State.
