Prior to joining Arnold & Clifford, Richard operated his own law practice for more than fifteen years. In addition to his litigation practice, Richard regularly served as fractional in-house counsel for startups, entrepreneurs, and closely held businesses, advising on day-to-day legal matters, corporate formation and governance, contract negotiation, risk management, and mergers and acquisitions. He also brings substantial experience in personal injury litigation and settlement negotiations.
Richard earned his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Miami University. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. His diverse legal background allows him to provide clients with practical, business-focused solutions while effectively advocating for their interests in and out of the courtroom.
