His practice encompasses; contract disputes, business separations, trade secrets, unfair competition cases, general corporate defense work and the firm's personal injury practice.
John prides himself on following the firm's philosophy of handling client matters practically and efficiently, and enjoys solving problems for the firm's diverse and expanding client base.
Since 2005, John has consistently been voted top among his peers and other attorneys in Ohio. In 2005, 2006, 2007, John was named an Ohio Rising Star by Law & Politics Super Lawyers Special Edition. Only 2.5% of the attorneys in Ohio are selected as Rising Stars. Each year from 2009 – 2012 John has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer in the area of general litigation. This designation is given to only 5% of the attorneys in the State of Ohio.
John earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1994, and his undergraduate degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati in 1990.
He is a member of the Dayton, Cincinnati, and Ohio State Bar Associations, among other professional associations, and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Born In Cincinnati Ohio, John now resides with his family in Springboro OH and is active in Springboro Youth Sports where he has coached football and basketball. He currently coaches many Lacrosse teams for the Springboro Lacrosse Club where is also Vice President of the Board. He also currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the Woodhaven Swim and Tennis Club in Centerville OH.
