Overview

Kaylin R. Jarecki is an associate attorney at Bieser Greer & Landis, LLP, whose practice is dedicated to family law, including divorce, child custody, and visitation matters. She understands that family law disputes often involve some of the most personal and emotionally challenging moments in a client's life. Kaylin is known for her thoughtful, advocacy-driven approach, providing practical guidance and strong representation while working to achieve solutions that protect her clients' interests and their families' futures.

Kaylin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where she served as a Senior Policy Fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project, working alongside Ohio legislators on criminal justice policy initiatives. Prior to and during law school, she also spent several years with the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office, providing crisis intervention and court advocacy to victims of violent felony crimes, and served as an Ohio Crisis Response Team member with the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA). Her extensive training in victim services continues to shape her compassionate yet strategic approach to representing clients in high-conflict family law matters.

In addition to her practice, Kaylin serves as Chair of the Dayton Bar Association's Domestic Relations Division and is active in several professional organizations, including the Ohio State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Carl D.
