Nathan C. Dever - Dayton, OH

Nathan Dever is an Associate Attorney at Bieser, Greer, & Landis LLP, where he assists clients in navigating complex legal matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Nathan served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office in the Child Protection Unit. In that role, he represented the State of Ohio in abuse, neglect, and dependency proceedings, advocating for the protection and well-being of Montgomery County’s most vulnerable citizens. His prosecutorial experience provided him with a strong foundation in litigation, courtroom advocacy, legal research, and case strategy.

Nathan completed his undergraduate studies at Shawnee State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology, his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and a minor in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design. His interdisciplinary educational background provides him with a distinct perspective when evaluating complex legal issues and analyzing matters involving technical subject matter.
