Overview

Reagan works closely with Sean Harmon, assisting clients with a range of corporate, business planning, estate planning, and probate matters.

Originally from Springboro, Ohio, Reagan graduated from Springboro High School before attending the University of Cincinnati, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, graduating summa cum laude in August 2020.

Following her undergraduate studies, Reagan joined StachlerHarmon as a legal assistant, where she worked for approximately a year and a half before returning to the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She earned her Juris Doctor in May 2025.

During law school, Reagan served as both a Member and Blog Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review. In her third year, she worked as a legal intern with the University of Cincinnati College of Law’s Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, where she assisted local small business owners and entrepreneurs with transactional matters including entity formation, contract drafting, review, and negotiation. She also clerked for a large insurance company in its in-house corporate counsel department, gaining valuable experience with corporate operations and risk management in a large business environment.

Reagan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. She currently resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with her two cats, Boogie and Juice.
