Overview

Ronald Burdge retired in 2025, and was a leading lemon law attorney known nationally for fighting for the rights of RV owners and helping them get rid of their lemon RVs of all types. As the founder and managing partner of Burdge Law Office, Ron has practiced exclusively in the areas of RV lemon law, Lemon law, and Consumer law since 1978.

Ronald L. Burdge is consumer Law Trial Attorney in private practice in Dayton, Ohio since 1978. A sizeable percentage of the reported cases under Ohio’s Consumer Sales Practices Act (the Ohio UDAP law) come from Mr. Burdge’s years of representing thousands of consumers in Auto-Fraud and Lemon cases in three states and numerous federal courts. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and has extensive trial and appellate experience in individual and class action cases involving lenders, car dealers and manufacturers, and is one of the few Consumer Law Trial Attorneys who has tried a class action case to a jury.

In 2004, he was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
