Carlos Calderon - Independence, OH

Carlos is an attorney with more than 12 years of experience in the legal field. Throughout his career, he has practiced law in Colombia and has also worked with law firms in the United States, giving him the opportunity to develop his legal experience across different legal systems and professional environments.

Carlos earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from the University of Houston in Texas. His professional background includes experience in contract law in both the private and public sectors, where he developed strong skills in legal analysis, contract review, and working with a variety of legal matters.

For the past three years, Carlos has worked with law firms in the United States in several different roles. His experience has ranged from working as an Intake Specialist to serving as a Paralegal. These positions have allowed him to gain a broader understanding of the U.S. legal system while also developing experience working directly with clients and supporting attorneys throughout different stages of their cases.

Carlos considers himself a fast learner and enjoys constantly expanding his knowledge. He believes that continuing to learn is an important part of becoming a better legal professional and, most importantly, finding better ways to help people who need legal assistance.

Outside of work, family is an important part of Carlos's life. He has two younger siblings and enjoys having his parents living in the same city, which allows them to remain close as a family. He is also an animal lover and shares his home with two pets.

As he continues his professional journey, Carlos looks forward to expanding his knowledge of employment law, growing as a legal professional, and using his experience to help individuals understand and protect their rights.
