Oluwatoni R. Kolawole - Independence, OH

Oluwatoni (Toni) Kolawole graduated cum laude from Cleveland State University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in public safety management and minors in Criminal Justice, English, and Urban Studies. In 2024, she graduated from Cleveland State University College of Law, where she participated in the Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial (CBMMT) team, served on the executive board of the Black Law Students' Association, and represented her peers as an elected senator of the Student Bar Association. During Toni's time on the mock trial team, she helped to take her team to the National Black Law Students' Association Mock Trial competition for the first time in 2023, and they placed third on the national stage.

Both during and after law school, Toni served as a law clerk for several legal offices and professionals across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She aims to continuously be an advocate for those who have gone unseen, unheard, and overlooked for far too long.
