Hired Law firm 2022-2023Russ did not know our child’s name, showed up unprepared to multiple hearings. Did not fully explain the situation we were in and therefore our daughter spent months continuing to go to her mothers on a day that had been awarded to us. No clarity. Felt unheard, and uncared for. Would definitely not recommend despite winning our case. We asked for the remainder of our retainer back as we knew we would not use his services ever again.
