He is a board certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist and is past chairman of the Ohio State Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Committee. He has also served on the special legislative committee relating to Workers’ Compensation Legislation in the state of Ohio.
Over the course of his career, Victor has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He has represented them in Common Pleas Court, at the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and Industrial Commission level, U.S Court of Appeals, and the Ohio State Supreme Court. He has won verdicts and settlements in complicated wrongful death cases, motorcycle accidents, trucking and car crashes, airplane accidents, slip and fall cases, amputations due to work-related injuries, and products liability issues.
