David W. Zoll is a 1976 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, and a 1974 graduate of the University of Cincinnati.He is a partner in the law firm of Zoll & Kranz, LLC, with a practice in civil litigation. He has practiced law in the Toledo area since May of 1977.
Zoll is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Advocate.
He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, as well as the Toledo and Ohio Bar Associations.
He is also admitted to the bars of the state of Ohio, the United States Supreme Court, the Sixth and Seventh Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, the Federal District Courts of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Arkansas, and the United States Tax Court.

He married Myra (Gerber) Zoll 1973.They have two children: Benjamin, a graduate of Hamilton College, and Sarah, a graduate of Wellesley College.
Zoll has served on the Board of Directors of the Camp Storer branch of the Toledo YMCA, Beach House Family Shelter; Christ Presbyterian Church Deacons; M-20 Sailing Association Commodore; and a trustee of the Toledo Council of Newspaper Unions-Toledo Blade Pension Plan.
Zoll is a member of the Lake James, Indiana Yacht Club and the Toledo Ice Yacht Club.He is Past Commodore of the M-20 Sailing Association and Rear Commodore of the Central Lakes Region International DN Ice Yacht Racing Association (Ohio & Michigan).He is an avid racer of both sailboats and ice boats.His hobbies also include woodworking, boat building, playing the French Horn, American History, and travel.Awards and Honors
