Since graduating from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1987, Martin J. McManus has been accompanying his clients into the state and federal courthouses in the Toledo area. Additionally, Marty has gained extensive experience practicing law in the southern Michigan area, appearing in both state and federal courts.
Marty was born in Toledo. He attended St. John's Jesuit High School and the University of Notre Dame. Afterward, he returned home to pursue law school and joined his father's law practice.
Marty is an experienced litigator who practices in various areas. He focuses on defending clients facing criminal charges and representing those with significant personal injury claims, such as wrongful death, car accidents and medical malpractice cases. Unlike many other lawyers, Marty is willing to take cases to trial, which greatly impacts the outcomes he achieves for his clients.
Marty is an attorney concentrates on protecting individuals and businesses during white-collar criminal investigations and prosecutions. He also represents adults and juveniles facing misdemeanor and felony charges, such as drug offenses and DWI/OVI offenses.
