Attorney Information
Overview
Sean was licensed in 2023, 100 years after his great-grandfather started practicing law in 1923. Sean is now there with his dad and uncle to protect the Firm’s clients well into the 21st century.
Sean is a graduate of St. John’s Jesuit High School, The Ohio State University, and the University of Toledo College of Law.
Sean has begun a general law practice and is available at any time to anyone who needs help. Sean’s clients will benefit from the mentoring Sean is getting from his dad and uncle, just as they benefited from Sean’s grandfather when they began practicing.
And like his dad and uncle, Sean is dedicating his practice to that same worthy cause of defending the accused, representing those who have been injured, and being there for clients who just need a little more help than others.
Call Sean on 567-868-4587 at any time you need anything. He always answers the call.
Call Sean at the office on 419-242-1255 for a free consultation or if you just have a question. Sean will always be there to protect you.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
