Overview
Attorney Ben Eberly is a native to the Miami Valley having lived in Troy, Piqua and Tipp City. He graduated from Tippecanoe High School and then attended Miami University for undergraduate studies. Upon graduation from Miami University, his education continued at the University of Dayton School of Law where he earned the prestigious CALI award in the area of Civil Trial Practice.
After law school, Attorney Eberly relocated to Pennsylvania to begin his practice of law. While in Pennsylvania, Attorney Eberly honed his legal skills focusing on areas of Civil Litigation including personal injury, Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability Claims. In 2007, Attorney Eberly joined the law firm of Edgar Snyder and Associates where he served as the firm's attorney for Workers' Compensation and Social Security for northwestern Pennsylvania. While in Pennsylvania, Attorney Eberly helped hundreds of people with injury claims, Workers' Compensation claims and Social Security Disability claims. He was three times named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star and was named an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2013.
Attorney Eberly has now returned "home" to the Miami Valley and is a founding partner of Klein, Tomb and Eberly (2010-2018) and Waite, Tomb and Eberly (2018-present). Eberly has now been named an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star and will continue to focus on Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Workers'Compensation and Social Security Disability Claims. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over his 20 plus years of practice. Ben is also an active member of the community serving as a member of both the Tipp Monroe Optimist Club and the Tipp City Rotary Club. He also sits on the Miami County Bar Association's Ethics and Grievance Committee and has served as Treasurer, Vice President and President (2017).
