Overview
Attorney Steve Klein, Of Counsel, has practiced in Montgomery County, Miami County and southwest Ohio for nearly 50 years. Attorney Klein was a founding member of Klein, Tomb and Eberly (2010-2018) and remains with the firm in an "Of Counsel" capacity. Attorney Klein's experience has encompassed a wide range of legal issues including contracts, collections, property law, business formation and municipal law. He has previously served as the law director for the City of Piqua for more than two decades. Attorney Klein has also been the Assistant Prosecutor for Lucas County and Knox County. Attorney Klein is admitted to practice in all state and Federal courts in Ohio. He is currently a member of the Miami County Bar Association, as well as the Ohio State Bar Association. He was honorably discharged from the United State Army after serving his country in Vietnam.
