Overview
At the outset of her career, Madalyn worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Bristol County, Massachusetts, where she investigated and prosecuted complex financial cases throughout the county. During her tenure at the DA’s office, Madalyn assisted in building the Financial Crimes Unit from the ground-up – establishing strong connections with citizens, local businesses, legal professionals, and local and federal law enforcement.
After relocating back to Ohio, Madalyn worked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office where she representeddivisions within Ohio EPA and the State Fire Marshall in civil environmental enforcement actions in all aspects of
litigation across Ohio. During her tenure at the Ohio Attorney General, Madalyn received a letter of recognition forher work on a high-profile case, against a Cincinnati-based company that engaged in decades-long environmentalviolations.
After a successful career in government, Madalyn entered private practice with a specialized focus in family law matters. Madalyn has successfully represented clients in courts across Butler, Warren, and Hamilton County. Madalyn sees the value in collaborative law and has experience negotiating complex and highly contested cases. However, she also has the requisite trial skills to effectively advocate for her clients in a courtroom when needed.
