Hired Law firm 2023-2025Believe all of bad reviews. She is a liar and not to be trusted. She was our guardian adlitem in my daughters custody case. Now we have to reopen the case because of her blatant lies in court.

Hired Law firm 2024-2025Agree 1,000% with ALL the other reviews that say Alise Price is a liar and will lie in court. She does this to keep the cases moving quickly and keep getting jobs form criminals like Tony Grecco and other big name divorce lawyers, PURE EVIL WOMAN.

Hired Law firm 2022-2023Alise Price is horrible. Not just a bad lawyer, but a horrible excuse for a human. I can only assume that she is being paid off by other lawyers to promote their agenda, since there is no other explanation for what I've seen. We brought her onto our case in the hopes that she would look out for the interest of my children since they were being used as a bargaining chip in my divorce case. From the moment she began she did NOTHING to help my children. She put them in a home with a negligent mother, and an abusive, alcoholic boyfriend. We provided her with proof of what was happening and instead of looking into it she started attacking me, forcing expensive court ordered counseling and supervised visitation. She refused to even speak to me, all the while cherry picking lies from my ex and reporting them to the court as though they were facts. It's even worse, since I paid her the entire time she was ripping my family apart. She has ensured that my children will grow up with a broken family and without the love and support that they deserve. Please, if she is assigned to your case, request another GAL immediately. She is unethical and should be removed from the family law system. Myself and my children will suffer for the rest of our lives because of what she has done. I can only hope she is stopped so to avoid the same thing happening to other families.

Hired Law firm 2015-2022I agree with the previous reviews on this GAL - Alise Price. She blatantly lied in several hearings - even in trial. She is beyond unethical - she has covered up my ex's criminal behavior and lies in every case for nearly 7 years. Do not hesitate to file a bar complaint - everyone that has dealt with the same from her needs to. She needs to be held accountable. She lacks integrity and needs to be disbarred. She will change what you say and lie, and suppress evidence. Request another GAL immediately if she is assigned to your case. The reviews that says she is amazing is most likely from her friends, family, or associates.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
