Amanda R. Plautz - Westerville, OH

My practice consists of estate planning, probate, real estate, and business formation. I also assist in the representation of the firm's municipal clients. As an attorney, one of my biggest goals is to help my clients protect their personal and business assets through proper planning, while also providing a comfortable and straightforward legal experience. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is getting to build relationships with so many unique individuals and assist them in planning for the future or help them through an overwhelming time.

Before law school, I attended Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and graduated cum laude with a degree in Finance. While at Ohio State, I was also a member of a student-run women's a cappella group called Scarlet and Grace Notes. During law school, I was a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and an Articles Editor for the Capital University Law Review Journal. I was honored to have my Law Review article on Corporate Governance published in Volume 49 of Capital's Law Journal.

Some personal facts about me: I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA before moving to Ohio for college. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Derek, who is a Software Engineer at Impact.com. Together, we have a Border Collie named Finn. My interests include music and singing, reading, cooking, playing fetch with Finn, cheering on Ohio State and Pittsburgh sports teams, and spending time with my family.
