Ashley Caldwell - Westerville, OH

Ashley Caldwell understands that family-law matters are often among the most personal and difficult experiences a person can face. Ashley graduated summa cum laude from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Police Studies and a minor in Corrections and Juvenile Justice. After serving as a police officer for seven years, she attended the University of Dayton School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Ashley was a member of Law Review and Moot Court and participated in the University of Dayton’s Leadership Honors Program.

Before focusing her practice on Family Law, Ashley gained experience in criminal defense, traffic defense, and civil litigation. Her combination of experiences provides her with a unique perspective when handling family-law matters involving high-conflict disputes, custody concerns, and issues affecting the safety and well-being of children and families. Her litigation background also allows her to approach challenging cases with preparation, perspective, and determination.

Ashley believes that effective representation begins with a strong attorney-client relationship. She strives to make her clients feel heard and informed while providing honest advice about their legal options. Whether helping a client through a divorce, addressing a parenting or custody dispute, or navigating another family-law matter, Ashley works to protect her clients’ interests while helping them move forward toward a more stable future.

She is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
