John Moscarino - Westlake, OH

John was born and raised on the east side of Cleveland. John is a third-generation attorney and he is the fifth member of his family to practice law. During law school, John worked at a firm that represented plaintiffs in personal injury, products liability, and wrongful death cases against the tobacco industry. This experience helped shaped his perspective on the importance of representing individuals and their families.

Prior to joining Robenalt Law, John worked as an attorney at a firm that represented hospitals, physician groups, and insurance companies in all phases of personal injury, medical negligence, and wrongful death litigation including at trials and on appeals. This experience gives John the insight as to the important facts that drive settlements and jury verdicts and the kind of hard work it takes to overcome obstacles presented when fighting for the rights of those injured by the negligence of medical providers.

John is eager to leverage his extensive experience to help those injured by the negligence of others and the families that are affected to advocate for individuals and achieve the best possible outcome in the cases that we handle.
